DIRTY SOUTH This Friday 3rd July

This Friday night, 3rd July, Red Rooms welcomes back one of the hottest DJ talents in the world - DIRTY SOUTH!!! Admission starts at £5 with £1 Drink promotions.

Over the past 3 years, Grammy Nominated DJ/Producer Dirty South aka Dragan Roganovic has made an instant name for himself in the dance music industry, impressing the who’s who of international DJs, producers, media and music lovers with his uncanny ability to dish up ready-made dancefloor bombs.

It didn’t take long for the International dance scene to take notice of him. When Dragan injected his trademark house groove into Evermore’s ‘It’s too Late’ rock hit in 2006, the entire dance music world stood up and took notice. Not only did dance luminary Pete Tong reward the track as one of his coveted ‘Essential New Tunes’, but the gem was also licensed to over 30 compilations worldwide.
‘It’s too Late’, topped dance charts worldwide and saw Dirty South nominated for a coveted ARIA award (Australian Recording Industry Association). ‘It’s Too Late’s’ impact was also confirmed in early 2007, with a nomination for ‘Best Alternative Dance Release’ at Miami’s ‘International Dance Music Awards’.

Photobucket

No surprise that Dirty South stands as one of the hottest and most in-demand new artists in house music. His remixing credits read like an honour role of dance music’s finest, having reworked revered artists such as Depeche Mode, Mark Ronson, Tracey Thorn, Snoop Dogg, Roger Sanchez, Josh Wink, TiĆ«sto, Chris Lake, Fedde Le Grande, Ferry Corsten and most recently U2.

In 2007 many of the productions and collaborations have earned Dirty South numerous ‘Essential New Tune’ gongs from Pete Tong and In 2008, Dirty South teamed up with house genius Axwell to produce the hit ‘Open Your Heart’.

While his productions go from strength to strength, Dirty South continues to excel in the DJing department. He’s toured the world, gigging throughout Europe, the UK, UAE, Canada and the USA and in 2008, Dirty South also secured a monthly residency at the legendary Ibiza club Pacha with DJ Erick Morillo.
With only a few short years under his belt in the international production scene, Dirty South’s potential to achieve tremendous musical heights seems limitless.

Dirty South will be joined in the main room by DJs Stephen Porter, Alan Rogers & Ronan McMonagle while in the back room DJs Conor Meehan, Neal Colgan & Kev Gallagher are on turntable duty. There is £1 Drink Promotions on Friday night.

Admission is £5 / £7. Get Dirty for £5 this Friday Night at Red Rooms before 11pm. Doors open at 9pm and we advise early arrival to avoid disappointment as this is expected to be a sell out. This is an over 18s event and ID is essential.

Bryan Kearney & Cliff Coenraad at Red Rooms

This Friday night at Red Rooms welcomes two of the worlds most exciting Trance DJs, Irelands Bryan Kearney and Hollands Cliff Coenraad.

Bryan Kearney began DJing 5 years ago and in this time has established himself firmly on the dance scene in Ireland. His sets contain the very best in upfront trance and techno with the emphasis always on energy and the unexpected.

In 2003, Bryan began his own night Tranceformation in the Crypt at the legendary Temple Theatre. His collaboration with John O'Callaghan entitled Restricted Motion was signed to Discover Records and track has become a cult classic and one of Bryan and John's proudest moments. His next track with O'Callaghan, ‘Exactly’ was regarded by many as the track of the Winter Music Conference 06, and became a firm favourite of Armin Van Buuren and Paul Van Dyk. It was requested for no less than fifteen album compilations and is considered by many to be one of the best tunes of the year and one of the biggest trance anthems of Ibiza 2006.

In 2008 Bryan continued to go from strength to strength receiving two nominations at the Irish Dance Music Awards - Best DJ & Best New Artist.
2009 is the year that Bryan is really going to breakthrough and be up there with the worlds Top Trance and Techno DJs and judging by his last visit to Red Rooms a few months ago he has a major following in Derry and is sure to pack the rooms out once again.

Joining Bryan on Friday night is DJ Cliff Coenraad one of Holland’s most exciting DJ’s and producers. With his own twist of techno, trance and all what is between, Cliff Coenraad manages to bring some creativity to a whole new level.
The man with the filthy and raw beats, Cliff started to create his interest for music starting the age of 12, where he cuts & pastes old tapes together. 2 years later, Cliff fell in love with the fabulous world of Electronic Dance Music and the rest is history. Based in the southern part of the Netherlands, Cliff decided to create his own blend which contains elements of techno, electro and trance, and in April 2006, Cliff launched his first official release. From this moment on things started to take off for Cliff and later that year he teamed up with Leon Bolier for an unique collaboration between two of the most gifted DJ’s and producers at this period. ‘Bolier & Coenraad – The Mighty Ducks’ filled dancefloors in clubs worldwide with it’s carefully selected stabby tech-house influenced sounds, after which it returns to a trancier melody in the break before bursting into an incredible tech-trance climax.
Cliffs DJ sets are exciting and explosive with a mix of trance and techno you can never predict what suprises Cliff will drop on the decks. Cliff is a truly talented and exciting DJ and together with Bryan Kearney this Friday night is set to be a night to remember.
Bryan Kearney & Cliff Coenraad this Friday 26th June at Red Rooms Support on the night comes from Absolute DJs. Doors open 9pm. Admission is £5 / £7, and this is an over 18s event. For more on Bryan visit www.myspace.com/bryankearney and visit Cliff at www.myspace.com/cliffcoenraad

Admission is free before 11pm, and Ladies get Free Admission all night. Thursday Nights are over 18s only.

This Friday 19th June Red Rooms welcomes the hottest Trance DJ / Producer in the world – RICHARD DURAND.

Just 2 years ago superstar DJ Tiƫsto recommended Richard as his 'Tip For The Top in 2007' in DJ Magazine, and Richard has responded with a string of stunning productions and remixes, including official reworks of Tiƫsto's 'Lethal Industry', 'Flight 643' and 'Break My Fall', Armin van Buuren's 'In And Out Of Love' plus a DJ diary that has exploded due to demand from high profile shows and festival appearances, culminating in Richard Durand rising into the DJ Magazine Top 100 poll in 2008.

The Richard Durand sound is trance, techno and tough electro in a unique package that's both dynamic and devastating. Having made his mark as a solo producer with the big tech trance tracks, Richard found playlist support from the biggest DJ names on the planet including as Paul van Dyk, Tiƫsto, Armin van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Judge Jules and Eddie Halliwell to name but a few.

Not content with being one of the most in demand producers on the planet, Richard Durand is also one of the most technically accomplished DJs in dance music today. Utilising 4 x CD decks and effects units, his DJ sets are a whirlwind journey of cutting edge tunes, big samples, slick mixing and technical wizardry behind the decks. Add to the equation his undoubted ability to work a crowd into a frenzy and a clear passion about his music and the people in front of him on the dancefloor and you have all the right ingredients for a truly devastating DJ package and a legend in the making.

The proof of Richard Durand’s show-stopping sets and crowd pulling DJ status is confirmed by his hectic DJ diary. He’s has played and headlined all the major UK and Europe Dance festivals including Irelands Planet Love, as well as all the major clubs and elsewhere around the globe he's rocked dancefloors from Melbourne to Mongolia and China to Canada this past year with the reactions from each new territory seemingly louder and more lively than the last!

Richard Durand’s rapidly rising status is confirmed by his recent charting in the 2008 DJ Magazine Top 100, a coveted Essential Mix on BBC Radio 1, the new single and album ‘Always the Sun’ and a standout summer residency at Judgement Sundays in Ibiza this summer. Richard played Ibiza on Sunday past and if the reviews are anything to go by Red Rooms are in for a real treat this weekend sprinkled with a bit of that Ibizian magic.

Doors open this Friday at 9pm. Admission is £6 before 11pm. This is an over 18s event and Red Rooms operate the 5-ID initiative. This is expected to be a sell out night so advice is to arrive early to guarantee entry. For more information on Richard Durand please visit www.myspace.com/richarddurand.

On Saturday night Red Rooms welcome London based Dance Duo – AUDIO BULLYS. Simon Franks and Tom Dinsdale formed Audio Bully’s in 2001 in Kingston-upon-Thames. They take their influences from a wide range of music, from the Specials through to the bouncy garage beats of Todd Edwards and the rough vocals of the Stereo MC's.
The duo's lyrics concentrate on modern urban living, again a double-edged sword as they crossed into public consciousness on the heels of the praised debut album by the Streets. Franks adopts a vocal style somewhere between speech and song, but the music, geared by Dinsdale's sensibilities as a DJ, is propelled towards the dancefloor.

This was further emphasised by their appearance on the bill at Erick Morillo's Subliminal Ibiza nights in the summer of 2002, followed by a collaboration between the two on the single "Break Down The Doors". The band's live reputation grew, and their most notable single success came in 2005. "Shot You Down", which took Nancy Sinatra's "Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)" as its starting point, scored off the back of the original enjoying a high profile in Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill movie.
The next single, "I'm In Love', was followed by the outfit's second album. Like their debut this remained sparsely textured and free of frills, the riff-based music complementing a free and easy vocal approach. Audio Bully’s" contribution to DMC's Back To Mine mix series, released in 2003, was typically diverse, including music from the Stranglers, the Prodigy and Marvin Gaye. There next album due out in 2009 has been preceded by the catchy dance single “Gimme that Punk”.

Audio Bully’s this Saturday 6th June at Red Rooms. Doors open 9pm, admission is £5 before 11pm, this is an over 18s event. For more info on Audio Bully’s visit www.myspace.com/audiobullys

This Saturday 30th May Red Rooms welcome back BBC Radio 1 DJ KISSY SELL OUT.
Kissy Sell Out is an electro-pop prodigy. Initially the new DJ kid on the block, he became the remixer du jour for everyone from Groove Armada and Chromeo to Gwen Stefani. Now he's about to unleash a debut album that will surprise everybody and take him to a whole new level. Heading up his band, not only does he write, produce and arrange all his own material, he also sings and performs on both guitar and keytar. Oh- and he has his own show on Radio 1...

He's very much the hip Londoner, but also bouncy and enthusiastic with an untainted eagerness for life that's contagious. Kissy attended St Martins, the famous Art College, where he studied graphic design and worked for the ultra-cool POP magazine. While there he painted, grew a mullet and turned his attentions to music. New albums by Mylo and Felix Da Housecat hinted at a place where his early interest in grunge dynamics could co-exist with his DJ/club sounds. He knew his way round a computer and, in 2006, created the stomping electro-rave anthem ‘Her' along with the persona of Kissy Sell Out. Packaged in a self-designed sleeve on his own San City High imprint, he persuaded Rough Trade to take 100 copies and, since it contained just the right combination of raw sweaty energy and snappy electro pizzazz, it soon started a clubland buzz.

Word spread and, before long, Kissy was DJing all over the globe and remixing a mass of artists (Calvin Harris, Human League, All Saints, Mark Ronson, Sugababes, etc, etc).
Towards the end of 2007 he decided to devote himself to his own music and upped his musicality, playing all sorts of instruments and learning about singing techniques and live recording.

In July 2007 Kissy Sell Out was signed by BBC Radio 1 to present a monthly installment of a specialist dance music show called In New DJs We Trust. Having impressed so much and having built up quite a following in October 2008 he permanently took over Eddie Halliwell's Thursday night slot to host his own weekly show called the "Kissy Klub".
His DJ gigs are notorious for his use of an air horn, his crazy mash-ups and his crowd interaction. Kissy is most definitely one of the most energetic and exciting DJs of the moment. This is a night not to be missed at Red Rooms. Kissy knows how to get a party going, in fact he is the party.
Doors open at 9pm, Admission is £5 / £7.For more on Kissy visit him at www.myspace.com/kissysellout and listen to his radio show every Thursday night from 12 midnight – 2am on Radio1.

Red Rooms newest night is ‘Summer Sundays’ which had a very successful opening night last weekend. Every Sunday you can expect 2 rooms of great summer party music. TIGER STRIPES AT RED ROOMS

This Saturday 16th May Red Rooms Welcome TIGER STRIPES.

Swedish DJ Mikael Nordgren aka Tiger Stripes started his venture into music at tender age of 10. Early on he learned to play a variety of instruments including bass, guitar, drums and piano. Heavily fascinated and triggered by the house music boom that eventually had reached Sweden in the late 80s, his first steps as a song writer were heavily inspired by the sounds of Inner City and S´Express. At the same time he also discovered the funky soul and jazz sounds and these are all influences that still can be heard in his eclectic approach on dance music.

Nowadays Mikael is based in Stockholm and recording under his aliases Tiger Stripes, D´Malicious and 12th Floor. This gives Mikael the opportunity to release stuff ranging from heavy tech house sounds to percussive afro house.

His first release as Tiger Stripes was in 2004 when he released the afro-tastic piano driven house stomper ‘Dingo’, on Slip’N’Slide and after that followed releases on top quality labels around the world, like Ibadan, Get Physical, King Street, Slip´n`Slide, Southern Fried and Positiva to name a few.

This wasn’t his first venture into the world of house, as D’Malicious he was responsible for the classic techno 12”, “Dark Tradition” on Francois K’s Wave Music, that earned him fans such as Jerome Sydenham, Dennis Ferrer & Carl Craig amongst others.. and he’s now finishing off a new album for them. There are also talks about a further album project with a prominent house label in the near future, as well as a forthcoming Mix CD compilation!

Tiger Stripes created quite a stir after remixing huge tracks like DJ Gregory’s “S2” on Faya Combo (now signed to Defected); Red’s “Release The Pressure” for Southern Fried; Red Carpet’s “Alright” on Positiva, as well as remixes of house favourites ‘Most Precious Love’ by Blaze; Sydenham & Ferrer’s “Sandcastles” & “Our Time” by King Britt.

A lot of people might also recognise him as one of the masterminds behind ‘Stockholm-Go Bang!’, a collaboration with Jerome ‘Sandcastles’ Sydenham, that came out on Ibadan last year and was a favourite with both house and techno heads all over the world and his subsequent solo releases on Ibadan (The Vulture, Sun Watcher etc) have been in the boxes of all key tastemakers over the past couple of years.

Lately Tiger Stripes has been busy finishing his first studio album for King Street which will be released this winter, following a few select 12” releases earlier this year.
There are several exciting projects in the pipeline for the rest of 2009 so watch this space you will be hearing a lot more from this Swede

Besides producing, Mikael´s also been running Sweden´s premier house club Go Bang! since the autumn of 2001. Inviting DJ´s such as FranƧois K, Kerri Chandler, DJ Gregory, Dennis Ferrer, Lindstrom, Ame, Claude VonStroke, Martin Landsky, Rolando, Osunlade, Maurice Fulton, Dixon etc he has provided the ever growing Swedish house community with pure quality sounds.

As a DJ Mikael has traveled all around the world and played crowds up to 10.000 people and classic clubs like Tokyo’s Yellow and now Derry’s Red Rooms.
TIGER STRIPES plays Red Rooms this Saturday 16th May. Doors open at 9pm. Admission is £5 / £7. For more info on Tiger Stripes visit www.myspace.com/mikaelnordgren

On Friday night Red Rooms Monthly ‘ABSOLUTE’ night returns with it’s biggest guest DJ to date. Absolute Presents…MARCEL WOODS.

Marcel Woods has an unrivalled and enviable list of banging floor fillers to his credit, Woods refuses repetition and is on a constant quest for new innovations. It's this attitude that puts him in the same league of the greatest trance orientated DJs of the Netherlands. However, hating the confinement of being tagged, Woods always thinks outside the box and only when something is 'Raw & Energetic' it deserves the Marcel Woods trademark.

Musical Madness has become the creed under which Marcel flies the world with the knowledge there aren't many DJs around that can say that they have had the honour to have headlined Global Gathering, Mysteryland, Dance Valley and Trance Energy festivals in one season! Added to this, in 2008, Marcel became the first DJ ever to be booked to play at both Sensation White and Black Edition, Holland’s most infamous festivals. He has also made his mark on the UK festival scene, spinning at Gatecrasher Summer Sound System, Escape Into The Park, Coloursfest and Sanctuary.

But it's not just DJing, it's also producing massive tracks, with the 2006 official Trance Energy Anthem 'Advanced' a bestseller in every territory around the globe and setting the benchmark for future projects. The follow-up, 'Monotone' was proclaimed an Essential Tune by Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1 While his next solo outing 'Lemon Tree' became one of the biggest tracks of the summer festival season in 2007, Marcel completed the year on another high with a coveted Essential Mix broadcast to an audience of millions on BBC Radio 1.

Marcel Woods is a DJ that is massive demand from Europe, Asia, North and South America or Australia, the world wants to hear his sounds. From intimate clubs to a massive beach event in Sao Paolo, Brazil or Godskitchen Global Gathering in Malaysia, to UK club events such as Gatecrasher, the enigmatic Dutchman delivers roof raising sets each and every time.

Red Rooms are very pleased to secure this date for Marcel and it is guaranteed to be an amazing night of dance music at The Rooms! Support on the night comes from a host of local DJs including Sean Campbell, Shaun Kavanagh, Jay Coyle and many more. Doors open at 9pm. Admission is £5 / £8 with early specials available. For more information visit www.redroomsderry.co.uk and visit Marcel at www.marcelwoods.com. This is sure to be a sell out night so get there early to avoid disappointment.

RADIO 1’s Dave Spoon at Red Rooms this weekend

The weekend is upon us once again and it looks like the weather has finally picked up so get your glad-rag’s on and get ready to party, the summer is coming!!!

As always the Red Rooms weekend starts on Thursday Night with POP MENTAL. Two Rooms of music led by Red Rooms resident DJs Paco & DaCosta in the main room playing you a mix of Chart, RnB, Dance, Indie and anything you can think off that will get you dancing. Admission is free before with drink promotions on the night.

This Saturday 25th April Red Rooms welcome back BBC Radio 1’s DAVE SPOON.
Dave Spoon is no stranger to Red Rooms or Derry as it was him who brought in 2009 at Red Rooms with his New Years Eve show at the club and what a night it was. Currently gearing up for Radio 1’s Big Weekend and a summer of residency’s In Ibiza, namely Cream in Amnesia and Space with Carl Cox, Dave is first of all coming back to Derry to get the summer started here first.

Simon Neale, aged 30 from Portsmouth, has been playing with electronic music for years. Nowadays using his 'Dave Spoon' alias he's firmly established himself as one of the hottest DJ/producers the scene has to offer, releasing top quality productions with his trademark groove and rocking dance floors across the globe.

Dave’s first track '21st Century' was signed to Toolroom Records by Mark Knight in 2004 and this was a key point for Spoon, an instant success it was supported by the likes of Pete Tong and Roger Sanchez. The piano led 'Sunrise EP' followed and was instantly signed to Seamus Haji's Big Love imprint. With a lot of buzz surrounding his releases, the remixes poured in with re-works for the hottest underground labels including Stealth, Cyber, Toolroom & Cr2.

In 2006, keen to push musical boundaries and break new sounds, Spoon released 'At Night' - a dance floor killer. Championed by everyone from Deep Dish to Tiesto, the track caused a stir on dancefloors. With an added vocal in 2007 from Lisa Maffia the track crossed over as 'Bad Girl (At Night)' on Universal, it was one of the biggest records last summer, earning Spoon his first top 40 hit.

2008 was the breakthrough year for Dave Spoon and what a breakthrough it was.
Having landed himself a show on Radio 1's 'In New DJs We Trust', writing his artist album and writing with the likes of Pete Tong last year also saw the release of the massive Summer hit 'Baditude' Spoon recorded with Paul Harris & Sam Obernik on Vocals. A Chart and Dance floor smash this raised Spoon's profile to a new level and a new Audience. Spoon also released a Tool Room Knights compilation in 2008. Dave also launched his own label Televizion and it’s first release - Tong & Spoon ‘GAS FACE’.
He also wrote the title music for the film "Beyond The Rave" even remixed Madonna (both with Pete Tong).

2009 has continued to be successful for Dave. His label TELEVIZION has launched a bi-monthly residency at Manchester’s Sankeys Club, and between his Radio 1 show and touring to every corner of the world Dave is a very busy DJ. Dave always plays a blinder at Red Rooms and this weekend will be no different, in fact it will be better. Doors open at 9pm. Admission is £5 / £7 with Early Specials. This is an over 18s event and Red Rooms operate the 5-ID Initative.
For more information on Dave visit www.myspace.com/davespoon and for more on all events at Red Rooms visit www.redroomsderry.co.uk

DJ Paco Leaving :( New Resident DJ Needed :)

Hey Everyone!

You may or may not know that one of our Resident DJs - DJ Paco is sadly leaving Red Rooms. Luckily for him he is leaving to go live, and find fame and fortune in Los Angeles, California. Meanwhile we will all be still here in rainy cold Derry.
Paco will definately be missed at Red Rooms and we would like to wish him all the very best and not forget us when he's rich and famous. Paco has been a superb DJ at Red Rooms and Thursday Nights Pop Mental will not be the same without him.
So this therefore leaves a void in Red Rooms DJ Line up. We are now on the search for someone to take over from Paco and Join Tonisi & DaCosta as Red Rooms resident DJs. This is an excellent opportunity for an upcoming DJ to get a residency at Derry's #1 Club! If you think you have got what it takes and bags of personality to match then contact Tony at 078 0163 3595 or email tony@theedgederry.com

On Saturday night Red Rooms are pleased to welcome International DJ Tom Gandey aka CAGEDBABY. Tom has many guises but is most known for his seminal 2006 Album ‘Will See You Now’ released on Southern Fried Records. This was Post punk disco Psychedelia at its finest. Think acid-house superhero meets New Romantic. Neil Tennant meets Fatboy Slim. Influenced by everything from Talking Heads to Toto it’s music that pops out of the speaker with a martini in its hand. But why the name Cagedbaby? In his own words… “Either it’s something to do with being linked to the earth, chained to Mother Nature by an unseen umbilical chord. Or I chose it because my releases would end up being next to the Chemical Brothers in the racks at HMV.”

Gandey’s wide musical influence shows in his unique productions, earning him a call from the Chemical Brothers to support them on their world tour and also playing everywhere from the Big Day Out with Soulwax and LCD, to the Fuji Rock Festival with the Presets and the main stage at Creamfields to wide acclaim. Along side the live shows, Cagedbaby’s DJ sets became stuff of legend. Happily embracing technology Tom was one of the first to use Ableton to its full potential giving him an early lead and signature style to his explosive DJ sets, always impeccably sequenced, layering up to 5 tracks at a time, crafting pace and systematically delivering monstrous builds, spaced out chordal drops and hair raising peaks noisily exploring techno, electro, new rave and even breaks busting genres.

A real exciting DJ Cagedbaby is a must for you party calendar this Saturday 18th April. Doors open 9pm admission is £5 / £7 and its advised to get there early. PLUMP DJs bring the Breaks this Saturday

This weekend Red Rooms welcomes back nu-skool breaks duo Plump DJs. Plump DJs AKA Andy Gardner and Lee Rous, last played Red Rooms exactly one year ago this weekend and since then both the Plump DJs and Red Rooms have went from strength to strength.

Emerging from the nascent Nu Skool Breaks scene at the end of the last century, the Plump DJs are the quintessential production duo. Over the course of twenty acclaimed singles and four superlative albums, Andy Gardner and Lee Rous have become heavyweights of cutting edge club music.

The duo's first record release was a 1999 double single ‘Plump Chunks/Electric Disco’ on Finger Lickin' Records. The next year, they released their first album A Plump Night Out on Finger Lickin' and Nettwerk and its singles ‘The Push/Remember My Name’. The album stayed in the top position of DJ magazine breakbeats chart for three weeks.

They released their second artist album, ‘Eargasm’, in July 2003. It featured collaborations with Gary Numan, Eddie Bo and Louise Robinson (Formally Rhodes) of Lamb. Following the release of Eargasm, they established a quarterly night club night of the same name at Fabric in London after the popularity of their FabricLive mix CD. In July 2005 they released ‘Saturday Night Lotion’. It is considered their third artist album, due to the sheer number of original productions included on it. Soon after the release of Saturday Night Lotion, they were called upon to precide over the mixing duties of Mixmag's 'Breakbeat Annual 2005' which was to be included in their upcoming November issue.

In June last year they duo released their fourth and most highly anticipated album ‘Headthrash’. The first single to come from the album was ‘System Addict’, a beast of beats and churning bass with a distinctive central mantra: “Automatic, System Addict”. This fast became a dance-floor smash and went on to win ‘Best Single of The Year’ Breakspoll. As the year went on tracks like ‘Snake Eyes’, ‘Rocket Soul’ and ‘Beat Myself Up’ were released and went on to have more major success. Plump DJs are one of the few breakbeat acts to have songs that have broken in to mainstream radio programs.

Plump DJs play at Red Rooms this Saturday 4th April and will be joined by local Breaks DJ Jonny Boy (Decks & EFX) with support coming from Red Rooms residents Tonisi, Paco & DaCosta. Doors open at 9pm. No Effort - No Entry. For more on Plump DJs visit them at www.myspace.com/plumpdjs.

As usual the weekend starts on Thursday at Red Rooms with Pop Mental Thursdays at Red Rooms. Admission is free before 11pm and £3 after with Drinks Promotions from £1. For more information on all events at Red Rooms and the latest news visit www.redroomsderry.co.uk
